Terms of Service
Last updated: May 4, 2026
Agreement
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Vidora AI, a transcription and transcript formatting service. By using Vidora AI, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate account information and keep your email address up to date so we can contact you about service, billing, and support matters.
Subscriptions and Credits
Vidora AI may offer free and paid plans. Paid plans include monthly credits for transcription usage. Unless stated otherwise, 1 credit equals 1 transcription minute, and each task is rounded up by audio duration. Plan limits, features, prices, and credit allocations may change with reasonable notice.
Billing and Cancellation
Billing is handled by our payment provider. Subscription fees are charged in advance for the applicable billing period. You may cancel a subscription through the customer portal or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund charges already paid.
Refunds
If you believe a payment was made in error or the service did not work as expected, contact us within 14 days of the charge. We review refund requests case by case. We aim to respond to support and refund requests within 3 business days.
User Content and Permissions
You retain ownership of the files, links, transcripts, and other content you submit or generate. You grant Vidora AI the limited permission needed to process, store, transcribe, format, display, and export that content for you. You must only submit content that you own, have permission to use, or are otherwise legally allowed to process.
Third-Party Platforms and Links
Vidora AI is not a video downloader and does not provide tools to bypass third-party platform restrictions. When you submit a media link, you must ensure you have the right to access and process that content and that you comply with the source platform, content owner, and applicable law. We may refuse to process restricted, paid protected, copyright music, suspected infringing, or rights-holder-opposed content.
Acceptable Use
You may not use Vidora AI for illegal activity, infringement, malware, harassment, abuse, privacy violations, credential theft, unauthorized surveillance, or processing content that you do not have rights to use. You may not use Vidora AI to bypass platform restrictions, copy protected content, or violate third-party terms.
Copyright Complaints and Abuse Handling
If we receive a copyright, privacy, platform rules, or other lawful rights complaint, or if we identify abuse, circumvention, repeated infringement, or high-risk use, we may restrict, remove, or refuse to process relevant content, suspend or terminate accounts, and preserve records or cooperate with legal process where necessary. Repeat infringement or serious abuse may result in a permanent ban.
Service Availability
We work to keep Vidora AI reliable, but the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Features may be changed, paused, or discontinued. We are not responsible for losses caused by downtime, third-party services, unsupported files, poor source audio, or user content submitted without proper rights.
