Vidora AI provides transcription and transcript formatting tools for audio, video, and supported media links. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you.

Information We Collect

We collect account information such as your name, email address, login provider, and authentication records. We also collect files, URLs, task settings, generated transcripts, export files, usage records, and technical data such as IP address, browser information, device information, logs, and error reports.

How We Use Information

We use information to operate Vidora AI, authenticate users, process transcription tasks, store task history, provide exports, prevent abuse, improve reliability, respond to support requests, and manage billing and subscription access.

Payments

Paid plans are processed by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers. Payment providers may collect billing details, tax information, payment method details, transaction history, and fraud prevention data under their own policies.

Service Providers

We may use service providers for hosting, databases, object storage, authentication, email delivery, analytics, transcription, formatting, payment processing, and customer support. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services to us.

User Content

You are responsible for the files, links, and content you submit. We process user content to provide the requested transcription and export services. You should only submit content that you own, are authorized to process, have obtained any required recording participant consent for, or are otherwise legally allowed to process.

Abuse Investigations

We do not generally pre-screen all user content, but we may access, restrict, remove, or preserve account, task, and content records when handling support requests, copyright complaints, security incidents, abuse reports, legal requests, or enforcement of our Terms.

Data Retention

We retain account, task, transcript, usage, and billing-related records for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and enforce our agreements. You may contact us to request deletion of your account or associated content; deleted content is removed from active systems as soon as practical, while backups, billing, security, and legal records may be retained where necessary.

Your Choices

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal information by contacting us. Some information may be retained when required for security, legal, tax, billing, or fraud prevention purposes.
